UPCOMING FUNDRAISER'S
SPORTSMENS EXTRAVAGANZA The A. F. Dobler Hose & Ladder Co. is holding our annual sportsmen's extravaganza to help raise money for a new station and more equipment to help better serve our community. This event will be held on august 16th of 2008 at 1 PM at the Fairview legion park. The tickets are ten dollars a piece or three for twenty dollars. Tickets may be purchased at the door or you may purchase the tickets at the fire station on mechanic st in girard on thursday nights at 7 pm. You do not have to be present to win the firearms and other prizes. During the event there will be free food and refreshments available throughout the event. This is Dobler hose Companies largest fund raiser. Please come out and have a great time and still be supporting your local fire dept.
BRICK SALE! We are holding a Brick Sale to help raise money for AF Dobler Hose and Ladder Company's new home at the corner of Main Street and Walnut Street. We are in need of a new station due to lack of room and accommodations for bigger and better firefighting equipment. This new equipment will help us better serve the community of Girard and surrounding areas. The bricks may be purchased at the fire station or online. The bricks will be placed on the new property, and can be personalized.
