Sunday, January 1st, 2012 - Structure Fire

Departments 54 and 52 were alerted for a house fire located on Laurel Lane at 1728. Chief 540 arrived on location reporting a light haze of smoke in the basement. Engine 553, Engine 552, Rescue 558, Rescue 539 (Fairview 52) and WCPA Squad responded to the alarm. Engine 553 crew went into the basement and found a faulty electrical cord to be the source of the smoke. Chief 540 released all companies shortly after.
